Not at all! Our programme is designed for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner, returning after a break, or looking to level up. Our trainers will help you progress at a pace that’s right for you.
Our trainers will customise exercises to accommodate any injuries or areas of discomfort you might have. The goal is to strengthen your body safely and even alleviate pain over time.
Each session lasts 20 minutes, and we offer flexible times throughout the week to fit busy schedules. We’ll work with you to find session times that suit your routine best. Just 20 minutes of exercise once a week to achieve results that last!
You will be training with a fit20 certified personal trainer in 1-2-1 sessions or in small groups of 2. Sessions take place in our private fit20 studio in Twyford, this is a calming space where you’ll feel completely at ease.
You can start as soon as you’ve signed up and completed your introductory session. In our sessions there's no sweating, no gym clothes—come in your everyday outfit - we’ll provide the rest!
